Gift Card

Terms & Conditions

• The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless a different period is specified on the card. Upon expiry, the card is considered invalid and cannot be extended, refunded, or compensated.
• Can be used for any type of session: portrait, studio, love story, or family shoot.
• The gift card can only be used once.
• If the cost of the selected service exceeds the card value, the difference is paid by the client.
• If the cost of the service is lower than the card value, the difference is not refunded.
• The card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• To book a session, use the contact form and mention your card number when submitting.
• This gift certificate is not redeemable for cash.
• This gift certificate cannot be transferred or resold.
• If the gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization, no duplicate will be provided.
• This gift certificate cannot be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promotions and offers.
• Purchase and use of the gift card means the client agrees to the photographer's shooting and editing style.

Booking the shoot

• Using the gift card requires advance booking of the shoot date.
• Booking is subject to availability in the photographer's schedule.
• Card holders are recommended to book the shoot no later than 2–4 weeks before the desired date.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• Rescheduling the shoot date is possible once, with at least 72 hours' notice to the photographer.
• If cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice, the gift card is considered used.
• If the card holder declines the photographer's services, the cost of the card is not compensated.

Limitations

The gift card does not apply to:

• additional services (studio rental, makeup artist, stylist, etc.), unless otherwise specified;
• special projects and commercial shoots;
• promotions and special offers, unless otherwise agreed.
